TICKET NEWS | Newcastle United (H) EFL Trophy tickets on sale at 2pm

Tickets on sale to Season Ticket holders from 2pm today

18 August 2023

Tickets for our opening EFL Trophy fixture against Newcastle United’s under-21 side will go on sale to Season Ticket Holders from 2pm today (August 18).

In line with our previous cup matches, the Club is pleased to announce a reduced pricing structure yet again, which is outlined below.

The fixture on Tuesday (September 5) will kick-off at 7:30pm and is the Club’s first fixture in the new EFL Trophy structure.

All Season Ticket holders will have their seats reserved until Monday August 21 at 2pm, from at which point all remaining seats will then be made available for purchase to members.

Season Ticket holders and members can purchase one ticket per account, with the priority window open until Wednesday August 30 – at which point any remaining tickets will be made available for general sale.

Memberships are still available to purchase online, with the renewal window for 2022/23 members closing on Thursday, August 31.

How to purchase tickets

Tickets can be bought in-store or via our eTicketing website, at the below prices.

If you are a Season Ticket holder, you will only be able to claim the seat in your name, which will be automatically reserved in your account.

All you need to do is login and click the profile symbol in the top right-hand corner of the screen, where you will see the reserved ticket(s) which you can add to your basket and proceed to purchase.

On Monday (August 21) a queueing system will be in place online to deal with the anticipated demand for tickets, which will be opened at 1:30 pm. Access to purchase tickets will not be granted prior to 2pm.

For instructions on how to ensure you have activated your eTicketing account and have the correct privileges attached, please see this guide.

Tickets can be purchased as eTickets/print-at-home or as paper tickets. As ever, the Club would encourage supporters to use the eTicket/print-at-home option wherever possible.

The Club advises supporters to purchase tickets online to avoid disappointment.

Accessible Tickets

All Season Ticket holders who are situated in accessible areas should purchase their ticket (including their companion ticket) online, as these will be reserved until 2pm on Monday in your eTicketing account.

Wheelchair users enquiring about our accessible viewing platforms, and supporters looking for tickets in, or more information about, our PG1 autism-friendly quiet zone should contact disabilityinfo@wrexhamafc.co.uk.

We are working extremely hard to move all accessible match-day ticketing to our online platform to make the process easier for all involved. With the exception of the above, all supporters requiring accessible seating, and supporters requiring a companion ticket, should contact the ticket office in the first instance at ticketoffice@wrexhamafc.co.uk.

Ticketing Ballot

As a part of the Club’s membership package, UK members can gain access to the ticketing ballot should they not be successful in initially purchasing a ticket.

Details of the ballot will be announced in due course, should the initial allocation of tickets sell out, at which point 150 tickets will be made available for the draw.
