Our first quiet walkabout session ahead of the 2023/24 season will take place at the STōK Cae Ras today (July 27) at 12:30pm.
The sessions are designed for any supporters who would benefit from having a quiet walkabout of the stadium while it is closed, to familiarise themselves prior to a busy match day.
The walkabout includes being shown the Macron Stand accessible entrance (Gate 12) and walking the recommended route to the quiet zone – which avoids the busy concourse area on match-days.
We also show the accessible toilets, our sensory hub and discuss all that we provide in the quiet zone (block PG1) on match-days.
It is a great opportunity for potential new fans to look around while it’s quiet and have any issues or queries answered prior to attending a match-day.
Please note: These sessions are specifically for supporters with sensory processing issues, they are not open access events and should not be confused with our recent stadium tours.
Should anyone be found to attempt to gain access to the tour for reasons not outlined above, you will be asked to leave the premises.
Anybody wishing to attend should meet at Gate 12 – our double-doorway, accessible entrance into the Macron Stand on Mold Road to the left of the turnstiles – at 12:30pm prompt.
If you have any queries, please email kerry.evans@wrexhamafc.co.uk.
We will be offering another session next week, with details to be confirmed in due course.
