Wrexham AFC Women have been handed a home tie in the Genero Adran Trophy Round of 16 against Briton Ferry Llansawel.
In a repeat of last season's promotion final, the Red Dragons will take on the Genero Adran South leaders on December 3 at The Rock.
The previous meeting was a historic day for the Football Club with Rebecca Pritchard scoring in the 74th minute to secure Steve Dale's side promotion.
They reached the Quarter Final in last season's competition but were edged out in a 2-0 defeat by Aberystwyth Town.
