Wrexham slotted five past Barry Town United, as the women earned a second win on the road in the 2023/24 season.
A fast-starting Wrexham side took just seven minutes before Rosie Hughes' header opened the scoring at Jenner Park. The goals continued as Hughes scored a further two in the 15th and 19th minutes - assisted by Rebecca Pritchard on both occasions.
The strong performance resumed in the second half with Hughes adding to her tally - scoring two more, taking the Wrexham AFC Women side to five. The women were only undone when Barry Town United's Lucy Attwood managed to put it past Charlotte Bolland in the 88th minute.
