LOANED OUT | Jake Bickerstaff to join Accrington Stanley until end of the season

Striker heads to Wham Stadium for remainder of 2023/24 season

1 February 2024

Wrexham AFC can confirm striker Jake Bickerstaff has signed for fellow Sky Bet League 2 side Accrington Stanley on loan for the remainder of the 2023/24 season.

Bickerstaff, 22, has made 15 appearances this season - including eight starts - and has scored twice, netting his first EFL goal in the win against Walsall in August. He has scored six times in 28 games in total in his Wrexham career to date.

The striker will now head to the Wham Stadium as he looks to continue to gain more first-team experience, for what will be the third loan spell of his time at Wrexham, following previous moves to Caernarfon Town and Nantwich Town.

Stanley sit 11th in the Sky Bet League Two table - Bickerstaff will not be eligible to play in their match against Wrexham on Saturday March 2.
