Wrexham AFC are pleased to announce season-ticket holders will be able to renew their seat for the 2024/25 season from 12pm on Thursday March 21, with prices frozen on renewals.

Seats will be reserved at the frozen prices until Monday May 13, after which prices for renewals will increase for over-18s (see table below).

Current season-ticket holders who renew before Monday May 13 will pay the same price as their 2023/24 season ticket, no matter which league the Red Dragons are in next season.

Some seats may not be available next season in line with planned ground improvements. Any supporters affected by these changes have been contacted by email and will be offered seat moves.

All renewals are offered at the appropriate age-related price for the 2024/25 season, with all ages determined as at August 1, 2024.

Anyone wishing to reallocate their season ticket to someone else, must contact the Ticket Office directly via email or in-person as this cannot be done via the website.

How to renew your season ticket

If you are a Season Ticket holder, you will only be able to claim the seat in your name, which will be automatically reserved in your account.

All you need to do is login and click the profile symbol in the top right-hand corner of the screen, where you will see the reserved ticket(s) which you can add to your basket and proceed to purchase.

If you are renewing on behalf of others, please see this article to ensure you have correctly set up your friends and family network.

Please note, if you have credit on your eTicketing account (for example, from using the ticket exchange platform this season), this credit will automatically be applied, in full, to your season-ticket renewal.

As renewals are run based on a customer’s date of birth (as of 01/08/2024), renewals cannot be processed on any accounts missing the date of birth.

If a renewal is not showing, when you believe it should be, please check your account details and update them as required. Updates are run daily, so once your details have been amended the renewal should be available in 1-2 working days. If you have any issues, please contact ticketoffice@wrexhamafc.co.uk.

Tickets will be processed as a physical season card, which will be printed and distributed by our third-party printing supplier. All deliveries will be processed at a later date so no tickets will be available at this time.

Accessible Tickets

Supporters requiring accessible and/or companion tickets will also be able to renew their season-tickets online, with tickets provided subject to relevant criteria being checked by our Disability Liaison Officer, Kerry Evans.

Additional Seats

No additional seats will be made available for season-ticket purchase at this time, and no seat moves will be processed at this time either, other than those mentioned above for supporters whose current seat may not be available in 2024/25.
