Wrexham midfielder Akil Wright was full of praise for Wrexham fans when he spoke to the media team earlier ahead of the game against Aldershot Town on Saturday at My Racecourse.
The midfielder has been on the fringe of the side since returning from injury and signing a 2.5 year contract at the club.
He made his first start since Novemeber at Solihull Moors on Tuesday evening and was glad to be back, saying: "It's good to be back playing, starting and getting a full 90 minutes at Solihull Moors on Tuesaday.
"That was my first start since Novemeber because of my injury and it was good to be back out there."
Wright was disappointed not to collect the maximum three points against a vastly imporved Solihull side but has turned his attention to Saturday's game.
"It was dissapointing not to get all three points but hopfully things will change on Saturday."
Talking about the Wrexham fans who outnumbered home supporters on Tuesday evening in the Midlands and packed out the Racecourse against Tranmere Rovers he said: "There are 12 games to go and anything can happen. We have just got to keep going and the fans have got to stick behind us.
"Everyone has to stay positive. It's going to go right up until the end, we know that and we have to stay in the pack. The fans have been class for us and they have been all season fair play to them. We need them as our 12th man for those remaining 12 games now."
"It's a huge game (against Aldershot) and we owe them one as well from the away game earlier in the season. All being well we'll get the three points."
