Wrexham AFC can confirm the following updates to Dean Keates’ backroom staff for the 2020-21 season.

Carl Darlington will continue in his role as first team coach after this week signing a new contract to remain part of the coaching staff.

Performance analyst Kyle Crutchley and goalkeeping coach Michael Oakes are also back for the 2020-21 season.

They join Dean, assistant manager Andy Davies and head of physical performance Nick Barnett behind the scenes.

Long-serving kit man Alan Jones has retired, however, and we will also bid farewell to physio Phil Davies, who is moving to TNS.

After a good response to our call for applications for the physio role, we will be making an announcement on Phil’s replacement once the decision has been finalised.

Wrexham AFC would like to wish Phil well in his new role, and wish Alan well in retirement after his many years of service to the club. We are thankful to both for their efforts and commitment during their time with the Football Club.
