Wrexham AFC are pleased to once again team up with Wrexham Foodbank for annual ‘bring a tin’ collection.

Of course, due to the current COVID-19 restrictions and with no crowds being allowed into games, this year’s collection will be run differently.

As a result, from Monday November 9, the Wrexham AFC Club Shop will be a Wrexham Foodbank collection point – which will run all the way up to Christmas and hopefully beyond.

Wrexham Foodbank have this year informed us the items most required at this time include:

  • 200ml cartons of fruit juice
  • 1 litre cartons of fruit juice
  • Deodorant
  • Shampoo
  • Packets of Soup
  • Packets of Instant Mashed Potato

We will keep supporters informed as and when these items change so please keep checking our social media for updates.

Wrexham Foodbank provides nutritionally-balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in crisis.

All non-perishables collected will be used in emergency food parcels for local people who are currently in crisis. Over the last six years, thanks to your generosity, Wrexham AFC supporters have collected more than 3,000kg of food, which has been donated to this worthy cause.

If anyone wishes to assist with the collection please contact [email protected] for further information.
