Wrexham AFC are proud to be supporting Anti-Bullying Week in 2020, from Monday November 16 to Friday November 20.
Disability Liaison Officer Kerry Evans and Steve Lloyd, Community Lead for the WST Board, have put together a week-long campaign to highlight the issues around different types of bullying.
Each day, we will be highlighting key topics and themes, all with the common theme of trying to stamp out bullying in our community and beyond.
We will be posting articles and videos on the club website and social media channels each day throughout the week.
We have been in touch with schools in the Wrexham Borough to advise them of the campaign, and are pleased a number will be getting involved in the initiative too.
DLO Kerry Evans said: “This is a message that means a lot to me personally, and I am proud to have put together this campaign, alongside Steve Lloyd.
“We have seen the impact bullying can have both in our community and further afield.
“Wrexham AFC are united against bullying, and we are pleased to have this opportunity to get a powerful and important message across as we support anti-bullying week.”
