Today marks International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia. Wrexham AFC are committed to promoting and protecting the rights of LGBTQI+ persons and they must be granted the same dignity, respect, and rights as all other citizens.
In many countries, LGBTQI+ persons continue to suffer bullying, discrimination, and violence, often with deadly consequences. It is our belief that nobody should face discrimination because of who they are or who they love. We all benefit from living in more tolerant and inclusive societies.
We stand united in celebrating diversity and the resilience of the LGBTQI+ community and in defending human rights, inclusiveness and justice.
Wrexham AFC wish to promote an inclusive Football Club where supporters feel safe and welcome and does not discriminate on grounds of culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, nation of origin, age, languages spoken, colour, religion, disability, sexual orientation and beliefs.
