The dates for the Emirates FA Cup, Buildbase FA Trophy and FA Youth Cup for the 2020-21 season have been confirmed.
Wrexham AFC will enter the FA Cup fourth qualifying round on Saturday October 24, along with the 23 other Vanarama National League clubs.
Should we progress, the FA Cup first round will be played on Saturday November 7, the second round on November 28 and the third round on Saturday January 9 2021.
In the last two seasons, Wrexham have lost in replays to Football League teams but for this season only, there will be no replays in the FA Cup.
Furthermore, the Football Association has confirmed prize money will be returned back in line with 2017-18 levels as a result of the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The winners of the Fourth Qualifying Round will receive £9,375, the first round winners earn £22,629 and there is £34,000 up for grabs for the 20 teams winning in the FA Cup second round.
In the Buildbase Trophy, Wrexham and the other Vanarama National League teams will enter the competition in the third round – to be played on Saturday December 19.
Again, there will be no replays in this competition to help ease pressure on the fixture schedule. This year’s FA Trophy carries a £60,000 prize fund for the winners, while the runners-up will receive £30,000. The final is to be played on Saturday May 8.
Finally, Wrexham will enter the FA Youth Cup in the second qualifying round, which will be played in the week commencing Monday October 5.
The third qualifying round is a fortnight later, in the week beginning Monday October 19 and the first round proper must be played by Saturday November 7.
Dan Nolan’s side reached the second round last season, where they lost to Lincoln City at Sincil Bank.
