Wrexham 3-1 FC Halifax Town

This week we flashback in time to the 29th August 2015 and a convincing 3-1 victory for Wrexham against FC Halifax Town.

Then manager Gary Mills' Wrexham side made it five wins in-a-row as they outclassed struggling Halifax at the Racecourse.

Superb strikes by Javan Vidal and Dominic Vose put the Dragons in control until Jordan Burrows' header pegged them back before the interval.

Wes York's deflected long-range shot restored Wrexham's two-goal advantage in the 55th minute.

This win saw Wrexham move to second place in the National League, while Halifax were without a win and stayed second from bottom.

The match drew a crowd of 5,622, the biggest for Wrexham that season. Can we get more inside the old girl on Saturday?
