Jennings and York established Wrexham's superiority before David Symington gave the visitors brief hope.
York added the hosts' third before Jennings finished off Wrexham's second successive triumph.
Barrow remained 15th in the table after a fourth defeat of the season as Wrexham rose three places to lie one spot outside the play-offs.
