Wrexham Supporters Trust are delighted to announce our annual and extremely successful “Bring A Tin” initiative for 2018. Wrexham AFC supporters are invited to bring their non perishable food donations when we host Leyton Orient at The Racecourse on Saturday 24th November 2018.

All non perishables will be used in emergency food parcels for local people who are currently in crisis. Over the last four years, thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have collected over 2000kg of food which has been donated to this worthy cause.

Wrexham Supporters Trust and Wrexham Foodbank volunteers will be on hand at three separate locations on the day namely, outside the club shop, in the Turf car park and near to the Hays Travel Stand turnstiles on the Mold Road from 1:30pm.

The Wrexham Supporters Trust will be running a Twitter and Facebook campaign to draw attention to the collection and the important work of the foodbank.

Wrexham Foodbank provides nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in crisis and is run by churches and local community groups.

There will also be a match day collection for the Wrexham homeless should supporters wish to contribute. Should any members wish to volunteer to support the Foodbank collection on the day could you please contact [email protected] with your contact details.
