Wrexham AFC are pleased to unveil our new away kit to be worn for the 2018/19 season.
With kit manufacturers Macron designing once again for a third season, the stunning ‘Alphard’ strip was chosen by the club’s owners - you, the supporters.
This white and black shirt has a distinctive black V-neck and subtle horizontal stripes and will sport once again Ifor Williams Trailers as our front of shirt sponsor, whilst AEC Engineering continue their support on the back and Peter Gwyn Potatoes will feature on the sleeve.
We will be complementing the shirt with new for 2018/19 black shorts, sponsored by Wrexham Lager and hooped white and black socks.
With all of these key ingredients, we’re sure that not only will the players look great out on the pitch away from home, but supporters will stand proud both in the stands and around the world.
Available to supporters online and in store from Friday, 27th July 2018, the shirt will be priced at £39.99 for adult sizes and £34.99 for juniors, shorts will be £19.99 adults and £17.99 junior while the socks will be £9.99 adults and £7.99 for junior sizes.
Midfielder Leo Smith was present to model the new strip and was pleased with next season’s away attire.
“I really like this away kit. It looks really smart and I'm looking forward to wearing it away from home this season.
“The colours make it so distinctive and striking.
“From the club’s point of view it’s fantastic that the sponsors are also supporting the club, that’s what you need, you need businesses to get behind us and sponsor”.
Mike Davies from Macron also added “I think it’s one of the best kits we’ve produced so far and I’m delighted Wrexham will be playing in it next season.
“From our point of view it’s tremendous to be involved with the club and I’m very passionate about what they’re doing, the fans are fantastic and behind the scenes they’ve been great to deal with.
“It won’t be long until the new season starts and hopefully it’ll be one to remember”.
We’d like to thank all of our sponsors as well as manufacturer Macron for what is set to be a very popular design as well as to all the supporters who voted earlier this year.
