Wrexham First Team
Mike Fondop at Maidenhead United: The Magpies' played host to Wrexham's next opponents Barnet on Saturday afternoon in the Vanarama National League. With both sides in an interesting turn of form, it was set to be a cagey encounter. Mike started the game and was withdrawn in the 66th minute, replaced by Max Worsfold. Barnet however were a goal to the good before half-time, with Medy Elito supplying the winning goal.
Leo Smith at Caernarfon Town: Caernarfon pulled off the shock result in the JD Welsh Premier League on Friday evening. They beat title hopefuls Connah's Quay at the Oval by 1-0. Leo is still suspended and set to miss Friday night's game against Newtown also.
Wrexham Youth Team
Lewis Parry at Brickfield Rangers: Lewis continued his Welsh National League (Wrexham Area) loan with Brickfield Rangers who beat Chirk AAA at Holyhead Road on Saturday afternoon 0-1.
Sam Pilkington at Gresford Athletic: Gresford finished their 2018-19 Huws Gray Cymru Alliance campain in style after a run of disappointing results on Saturday afternoon. They beat Conwy Borough 4-2 at Clappers Lane with Sam on the bench. He came on in the 57th minute with his side 4-1 up. We'd like to thank Gresford for their assistance giving Sam game time, who now returns to Wrexham Under 18's.
Osian Hughes at Bangor City: The Citizens have played two Huws Gray Cymru Alliance fixtures since our last update as they continue to play catch up. They lost 6-1 at Nantporth to league champions Airbus UK Broughton on Tuesday evening. On Saturday they visited Holywell Town and lost 2-1. Osian played 90 minutes in both games. They'll now play Penryhncoch tomorrow evening before finally ending their season on Saturday afternoon against Flint Town United.
