Wrexham AFC can confirm that striker Adi Yussuf has departed the club following the termination of his loan spell and returned to Blackpool.
Adi departs having been offered a permanent move to another club, offering stability for him and his young family and the return to his parent club allows him to do so.
Manager Dean Keates reluctantly approved of a move in the best interest of the player and will now look to sign a replacement forward having already added striker Dior Angus on transfer deadline day.
Keates said: "We're disappointed to see Adi leave but we felt we were unable to stand in the way of this opportunity.
"He came in, scored some goals for us and we wish him the very best with the next chapter in his career.
"We've managed to bring in two high-quality players on deadline day and I'm pleased with the business we've conducted so far."
Adi, Blackpool and his new club will make the announcement tomorrow once all is finalised.
Adi made 18 appearances for the club scoring five goals. We wish him all the very best moving forward.
