Back for 2018 is #ThrowbackThursday! This time we've gone visual and raided the back-catalogue of club DVD's to bring you a new video every Thursday from yesteryear!

We can't promise you a classic every week - but we can promise you a look back at some of the more unusual games!

Wrexham 3-0 Chester

As we look ahead to Sunday's Cross-Border derby against Chester FC at the Racecourse Ground; first we'll look back for Throwback Thursday to March 2016 when Wrexham beat the Seals 3-0.

It was a typical derby game in front of a healthy crowd of 6,459.

Mini Match Report

Wrexham extended their unbeaten run to nine games as they scored three times in the last half hour to earn victory over cross-border rivals Chester.

Connor Jennings hit the Chester bar in the first half, while Rhys Taylor denied Danny O'Brien at the other end.

Wrexham were then awarded a 63rd minute penalty when Kayden Jackson was fouled by Ryan Astles, who was sent off before Jennings converted from the spot.

Jackson's clinical finish doubled their lead, then Robbie Evans sealed victory.
