After Wrexham's training session today the media team caught up with manager Dean Keates to find out how preparations have been going ahead of tomorrow's trip to Guiseley. They also spoke to new signing Nicky Deverdics to see how he was settling in at the club after his move from Hartlepool United.
The manager said that both teams had a lot to play for, for different contrasting reasons. He said of the Yorkshire based outfit: "It's going to be a tough test. A very tough test.
They have an experienced manager who has a promotion out of the division. They have gone full time and added a lot of bodies during the window."

Meanwhile new signing Nicky Deverdics completed his first session with his new team mates in new surroundings. The attacking midfielder made the switch from Hartlepool United for an undisclosed fee on transfer deadline day.
After completing his training and media duties he spoke to Ollie Williams and said: "I heard about the interest (from Wrexham) just before Wrexham played at Hartlepool. Obviously that was interesting, knowing in a couple of weeks I could be at Wrexham.
I spoke to the manager and he was positive about what I could bring to the team and what the team can do going forward for the rest of the season. Just playing against Wrexham I knew what they were about, I knew they were a good side so it was obviously something I was interested in."
