The BBC lead their Wrexham AFC page with an interview with Manager Sam Ricketts about the Welsh International squad training at My Racecourse on Monday morning. The event was attended by around 4,000 people and the boss said the event was "Brilliant for Wrexham". 

The Wrexham AFC Website posted news about the Shropshire Reds AGM attended by Manager Sam Ricketts. The supporters group decided to place a donation of £5,000 towards Build The Budget and £1,500 to our GPS monitoring system for the players.  

Locally, the Leader also covered the Wales squad training at My Racecourse. The event marked the first time a Wales International team had graced the historic ground in over a decade. New Wales Manager Ryan Giggs told them he was impressed with the facilities and would like to return. 

The Daily Post, Wrexham.com and the FAW also posted articles about the Wales open training session.  

The Wrexham AFC Media Team covered the Wales event. There are interviews with former keeper and Wales stopper Chris Maxwell, Manager Sam Ricketts and a video from the days events. 

Meanwhile, they also spoke to Mark Carrington on signing his new deal at the club.
