They also picked up on an interview that manager Dean Keates gave to the Leader - where the boss say's he is targeting a good run-in as the season is drawing to an end.
The Mirror pay tribute to former Wrexham player Kieron Durkan who tragically lost his life last week. The midfielder was just 44. Durkan famously scored at Old Trafford for Wrexham against Manchester United in the FA Cup. The story also appears in the Liverpool Echo.
Locally, the Leader have spoken to captain Shaun Pearson ahead of Sunday's Cross-Border Derby. He say's he was taken-back by the reaction to his winning goal at the Deva Stadium earlier on in the season. They also spoke to leading scorer Chris Holroyd who said he would love to extend his stay at the club.
The Daily Post have taken quotes from North Wales Police ahead of Sunday's derby match where "bubble" restrictions on visiting supporters have been lifted. North Wales Police Chief Supt Alex Goss said: “We have been actively working with both clubs and Cheshire Constabulary to do all we can to ensure that the event is safe and pleasant for everyone." They also cover the re-launch of Build The Budget. The scheme raised over £100,000 towards this season's playing budget and supporters have given the green light to campaign against for next season.
