Everybody at Wrexham Inclusion Football Club are proud to announce that 3 of our players successfully received Welsh Caps from their appearances for Wales earlier this year.

A Massive Congratulations to Jordan Wright, David John Povey (DJ) and Jamie Hall who all picked up Welsh Learning Difficulties caps on the pitch during half-time in the Wales vs Panama Friendly in Cardiff.

The young lads have all had to overcome their own difficulties are a credit to themselves, Wrexham and their families and the club couldn't be any more proud. Well done all.

For Dj and Jamie this was the first cap that they had earned, while Jordan has previously represented wales for the LD squad.

The trio also played in the home nations tournament last summer making them eligible for next year. They hope to add to there caps by getting selected again.

IFC manager Carl Austin said: "It’s brilliant to see these young lads representing the club on the international scene and its further credit to everyone involved in our club.

"All players have come on so much in the last year. They are all are eligible next year so we hope they add to there caps by getting selected again along with some more of our players."

From us all at Wrexham Inclusion Football Club (WIFC) we would like to pass on our thanks to Glyn and St Christopher’s School whose support is absolutely outstanding.
