The Shrewsbury-born forward began his career with The New Saints in the youth academy before graduating to the first team in 2012.
Quigley had a loan spell with Cymru Alliance side Caersws as well as turning out for Carmarthen Town and Cefn Druids.
Eventually he became a regular in the TNS first team and led the Saints line to three Welsh Premier League titles, two Welsh Cups and scored three goals in the UEFA Champions League at the beginning of the 2017/18 campaign.
In the summer of 2017 Quigley earned a move to Sky Bet League One outfit Blackpool for £50,000 and made his debut in a 1-1 draw against Wigan Athletic in the Checkatrade Trophy. He made his debut in the league during the Tangerines’ 3-1 away win against Plymouth Argyle.
After making 14 appearances in all competitions for Blackpool, Dean Keates swooped in to bring the forward on loan until the end of the season.
