Left-back Tyler Garratt joined the Dragons on loan in February 2020 from National League rivals Stockport County.
The Lincoln-born defender was picked up initially by his hometown club before moving out to Spain to spend two years with Malaga based side Costa Unida CF.
At 16 he returned to the UK signing youth forms with Bolton Wanderers and signed his first professional deal three years later in 2016.
Garratt made his debut for the Trotters in the Sky Bet Championship as a substitute against Cardiff City, and made his first start a week later in a 1-0 win over Hull City.
In June 2016 Garratt signed for former Wrexham captain Darren Ferguson's Doncaster Rovers for an undisclosed fee and spent a total of three seasons in South Yorkshire. He made his Donny debut in the League Cup against Nottingham Forest, whilst his first league appearance came against Crawley a few days later.
During his first season he moved out to Eastleigh on loan to play more regular football, scoring on his fourth appearance to bag his first professional goal. He returned to the Keepmoat in March 2017. His loan appeared to have worked well returning for the next campaign and making 21 appearances in all competitions for Doncaster in their promotion-winning season.
In 2018 he headed out once more, joining AFC Wimbledon on loan where he made a total of 13 appearances and scoring once. At the end of the 2018/19 season he was released by Rovers.
He signed for Stockport County in October 2019 following a trial with Cheltenham Town, penning a short-term deal at Edgeley Park. His debut came shortly after in a 0-1 win away to Dover Athletic.
After making 11 appearances for County he signed on loan for Wrexham, making his debut away to Chesterfield in February 2020.
