There is no age restriction for the event; however under-16s will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. Any customers bringing children aged 8 and under should speak to a member of the security team on entering the venue so that they can assist with advice on their safety and wellbeing during the event. Hearing protection available will not be suitable for young children, and must be specifically brought by parents/guardians and shown to security on entry.
Tickets for the event have now been sent out – please do not lose them. All tickets are sent recorded delivery and as such no duplicates can be issued.
Any ticketing issues should be raised with the ticket agency your tickets were purchased through in advance of the event as problems will not be able to be rectified on the day.

Planning how to get to and from the Racecourse Stadium is vital to your enjoyment of the day. Where possible, we encourage all customers to journey to the stadium on foot or via local transport. This allows the carbon footprint of the event to be reduced, as well as causing less disruption to local residents and the local area.

Tickets for the carpark adjacent to the Stadium, which is within the Wrexham University grounds are available on arrival. The cost of this will be £5.00 per vehicle

There will be a disabled drop off point located on Crispin Lane. Please follow the road directions for parking and road signs on the day of the event.

Food and drink will be available to purchase throughout the event from 3pm once you have entered the Stadium grounds. Any food or drinks purchased outside of the stadium will not be able to be brought in with you, with the exception of unopened bottled water up to the size of 500ml.
To purchase alcohol, a strict Challenge 25 policy will be enforced on all bars. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please ensure you bring a government issued form of ID; photo driving license, passport, military ID or PASS hologram ID.
Whilst some bars/catering outlets will be accepting cards, some will be cash only. There will be a cashpoint on site, although these are likely to have queues, so we advise bringing an appropriate level of cash to the event to cover your expected levels of food, drink and merchandise purchases.
Prohibited items include alcohol, knives, fireworks, explosives, smoke canisters, aerosols, air-horns, noisemakers, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, illegal substances (including former legal highs), laser devices, umbrella’s, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles, or any article that may be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety or which may pose a hazard or nuisance to any other person, or any article to be used for a commercial or a charitable purpose. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to or ejected from the Ground, and will not be issued a refund.
Camping/Foldable chairs will be prohibited from being brought into the the event. If your tickets are for Pitch Standing, please note a limited number of seats will be available for respite if required, please request their location from a member of security.
If you manage to lose anything during the event, inform a member of staff or security as soon as you’re able. They’ll be able to find out if it’s already been handed in, and if not, take details so we can try and reunite you with your property as soon as possible. If you don’t realise until you’re home, we’ll store all lost property for 7 days, please contact [email protected] between Monday and Friday to enquire whether your item(s) were found.
Smoking is not permitted within the stands or pitch inside the stadium. Please follow signage to direct you to your closest smoking area.
Official Merchandise will be available to purchase within the stadium grounds. Please note no official merchandise will be sold outside of the stadium grounds.
Any non-professional cameras (no large lenses) are fine to bring to the event, however, ipads, selfie sticks and go pro’s are not permitted.
If you have any medication you require during the course of the event, where possible please bring in sealed packaging. Please inform a member of security during entry. If you have any special medical requirements please contact [email protected]
There will be use of strobe / stroboscopic lighting, smoke and pyrotechnics special effects during this event. If this is a potential health issue for you, please contact [email protected] to discuss it further.
There will be no cloakroom at the event, so please only bring clothing and items appropriate for your needs during the event. If you are planning in staying locally overnight, please check into your hotel and leave baggage there prior to arriving at the concert.
