Phoebe Davies signed for Wrexham early in the 2022/23 season, reuniting her with her former Liverpool youth coach Steve Dale.
An experienced and versatile defender/midfielder, Davies has predominantly played at right-back for Wrexham – overcoming injury in the 2022/23 season to play her part in the promotion run-in.
Davies is no stranger to Wrexham, having played for the now-defunct Wrexham Ladies team which reached the FAW Women’s Cup semi-finals in 2015.
She also featured in both Liverpool and Everton’s youth set-ups, working with Dale with the former, and went on to captain TNS Ladies and Wem.
Davies has a young daughter, and was the first mother to be handed a semi-professional football contract with Wrexham AFC Women when she was part of the first ten players signed on for the 2023/24 Genero Adran Premier season.
