Teenage midfielder Lili Jones is Wrexham through and through, as a lifelong supporter and having played for the Club through the Girls Performance Centre.
She returned to Wrexham aged 15, having previously been with Everton, and made her senior Wrexham AFC Women debut aged just 16 in September 2021, scoring twice.
A Wales Under-17 international, including while with Wrexham, Jones captained Wrexham AFC Women Under-19s to back-to-back league titles as well as establishing herself in the senior team.
Jones’ versatility has been a key asset for Steve Dale’s side over the last two season, with her playing in defence and midfield.
She was the youngest player to be awarded a semi-professional contract in the summer of 2023, and claimed an assist on her top-flight debut just shy of her 18th birthday on the opening day of the 2023/24 season.
