Wrexham AFC confirmed the signing of Ryan Barnett from Solihull Moors in February 2023, with the 23-year-old signing a deal at the STōK Cae Ras until 2025.
Barnett started his career at Shrewsbury Town, coming through the Club’s youth academy and making a handful of appearances in League One and the EFL Trophy.
During his spell in Shropshire, he also spent time on loan with AFC Telford United, Gloucester City and Solihull, before signing for the Moors permanently in 2021.
Having been a key part of the team which reached the Play-Off Final, Barnett kicked on again in 2022/23, building a reputation as one of the National League’s leading wide men.
Wrexham's number 29 made 45 appearances in the National League during the 2022/23 season, with 11 of those appearances coming for Wrexham.
